Cancellations

Cancellations and changes to orders for custom orders must be made by close of the next business day that the order was placed. You may call to alert us of your change of mind at 412-260-8511. However, we ask that a 'Cancellation Request' be provided to us in writing (via email) for the accuracy of our records.

Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once we have ordered the items or materials. Custom orders are made specifically for you, the customer, per your specifications (size, shape, colors). Thus, once a custom order is in production or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, refused or returned as we cannot resell customized items.

Returns/Refund

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Apparel to Gifts Embroidery.  We will make every effort to make things right should you receive a defective item or we have made some sort of mistake in the production process. You can return an unused, undecorated item still in it’s original packaging for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after that time, except in the case of defective merchandise or mistakes in personalization/customization.  In the case of defective merchandise or mistakes in personalization/customization, you have 30 days from receipt of the item to contact Apparel to Gifts Embroidery about a return authorization.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All items may be returned or exchanged except for orders which have been customized or personalized. Please be careful when entering the information for the lettering and any customization choices.  We only accept returns on defective merchandise or mistakes that we made in the production process. In those cases, a corrected version will be issued as a replacement.  All exchanges must have prior approval before shipping. Return authorization number will be given once we receive a written 'Return Request' (via email). Send email to orders@appareltogifts.com.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at julie@appareltogifts.com for a return authorization and send your item to: 2412 Willowbrook Road, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania US 15241.

 

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2412 Willowbrook Road, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania US 15241

 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
