We want you to be happy with your purchase from Apparel to Gifts Embroidery. We will make every effort to make things right should you receive a defective item or we have made some sort of mistake<\/em> in the production process. <\/p>\n

You can return an unused, undecorated item still in its original packaging for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after that time, except in the case of defective merchandise or mistakes in personalization\/customization. In the case of defective merchandise or mistakes in personalization\/customization, you have 30 days from receipt of the item to contact Apparel to Gifts Embroidery about a return authorization.<\/p>\n

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All items may be returned or exchanged except for orders which have been customized or personalized. Please be careful when entering the information for the lettering and any customization choices. We only accept returns on defective merchandise or mistakes that we made<\/em> in the production process. In those cases, a corrected version will be issued as a replacement. <\/p>\n
