No, we do not require minimums. However, we do have quantity pricing for our logo apparel and accessories. The more you decorate with the same design, the cheaper it gets.
If you are adding a name or monogram, there is no set-up fee.
There is a one-time $50 set-up fee for each logo design. That fee is waived for purchases over $300.
Yes! We offer bulk discounts on all of our logo apparel and accessories.

The turnaround time depends on the time of year and the complexity of the project:
- January - August: 1 – 3 weeks
- September - December: 4 – 6 weeks
- Cutoff for Christmas is December 15. After that time, prices increase and projects are accepted as time is available.
Rush service guarantees that we will ship your item(s) within one (1) week from the day you place your order (once shipped, delivery speeds vary).
We offer rush service on most of our online products (see eligible products). If a product is eligible for rush service, you will find an option to select rush service at the bottom of its product page.
For custom orders not placed on our website, please contact us at (412) 260-8511 or email us to determine if rush service is available for your item(s).
Rates vary and depend on product type and quantity. For online order, the exact rate will be provided at checkout. On average, you can expect a rush service of $10-15 per item.

Custom Embroidery
Yes, you are always welcome to use your own goods.
You can ship your item(s) directly to us. Please confirm the delivery address with us before shipping your item(s). Local customers can arrange to drop-off their goods.
Your Own Goods:
- Prices start at $17. Larger and more complex monograms incur a larger fee.
Online Products:*
- Personalization added to a logo: $10 per item**
- Personalization only: Complimentary (free)
- Monogram only: Complimentary (free)
*Not all items are eligible for personalization and/or monogramming. See individual products for customization options.
** This amount does not include the one-time set-up fee of $50 for logos. This fee is waived for orders over $300.
Yes, just give us an idea of what you want and we will work with you to create a custom design.
You can only use a trademark design if you own the trademark or have permission to use it. Most professional sports teams and characters such as Disney or cartoon characters require a license to embroider or print them on any retail items. Obtaining these licenses is difficult.
Logo Apparel
The embroidery is free, but there is a one-time $50 set-up fee for each logo design. That fee is waived for purchases over $300.
These prices are for a single location of embroidery (e.g., left chest) on the items you order or bring to us.
For embroidery projects, we prefer high resolution JPEG, PNG, EPS or PDF files.
For printed items we need an EPS file.
(NOTE: Please upload your image file only once per order. You do not need to upload an image with each size, color, etc. you add to your cart.)

Shipping & Delivery
Yes. Our office is located in the Pittsburgh area.
The cost of shipping depends on your location and the volume of your order. The cost is calculated at checkout.
Yes, we offer 2 day guaranteed delivery from the time your item(s) are shipped. (Note: This does not include production time, which can take anywhere between 1 to 6 weeks. If you choose rush service, your Item(s) are guaranteed to ship 1 week after you place your order.)
Our standard shipping is 1 to 3 days. We offer economy shipping, 2 to 14 days, for certain locations.
Cancellations & Returns
Cancellations and changes to custom orders must be made by close of the next business day after you placed your order. For the full details, please see our Cancellations, Returns & Refunds Policy.
You can return an unused, undecorated item still in its original packaging for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Orders which have been customized or personalized cannot be returned.
In the case of defective merchandise or mistakes in personalization/customization, you have 30 days from receipt of the item to contact Apparel to Gifts Embroidery about a return authorization.
Please be careful when entering the information for the lettering and any customization choices. We only accept returns on defective merchandise or mistakes that we made in the production process. In those cases, a corrected version will be issued as a replacement.
