We offer rush service on most of our online products (see eligible products). If a product is eligible for rush service, you will find an option to select rush service at the bottom of its product page.

You can only use a trademark design if you own the trademark or have permission to use it. Most professional sports teams and characters such as Disney or cartoon characters require a license to embroider or print them on any retail items. Obtaining these licenses is difficult.
Yes, we offer 2 day guaranteed delivery from the time your item(s) are shipped. (Note: This does not include production time, which can take anywhere between 1 to 6 weeks. If you choose rush service, your Item(s) are guaranteed to ship 1 week after you place your order.)
Our standard shipping is 1 to 3 days. We offer economy shipping, 2 to 14 days, for certain locations.
You can return an unused, undecorated item still in its original packaging for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Orders which have been customized or personalized cannot be returned.
In the case of defective merchandise or mistakes in personalization/customization, you have 30 days from receipt of the item to contact Apparel to Gifts Embroidery about a return authorization.
Please be careful when entering the information for the lettering and any customization choices. We only accept returns on defective merchandise or mistakes that we made in the production process. In those cases, a corrected version will be issued as a replacement.
